1. Identify a Lower Price: If you come across a lower advertised price for an identical product offered by any of our competitors, make sure to take note of the details. Remember, it should include the same services, warranties, and bonuses we offer.
2. Notify Us: Reach out to us with the details of the lower price. You can get in touch through a phone call, an email, or by submitting the form on the Contact Us page . Be sure to provide a copy of the advertisement, a link to the webpage, or any other proof of the lower price.
3. Price Match Confirmation:  After we verify the price and confirm the competitor's offer is currently available, we will match the price and lower it by 5%. 

1. Identical Offer: The competitor's offer must be identical to ours, including the same scope of work, materials, and guarantees. It should include a detailed description of the work to be done, the materials to be used, and the terms of any warranty.
2. Current Advertisement or Quote: The competitor's offer must be current and either advertised online, printed in a local or national publication, or presented in a formal quote from a legitimate business competitor.
3. Competitor Verification: We reserve the right to verify the legitimacy of the competitor's business, the authenticity of the quote, and the availability of the service before confirming a price match.
4. Exclusions: Our Price Match Guarantee does not apply to offers from unauthorized dealers, private individuals, clearance sales, closeout deals, liquidation sales, or pricing errors.
5. Combinability: The Price Match Guarantee can't be combined with any other offers, promotions, or discounts from Landscape Lighting Pro.
6. Quantity and Timing: We reserve the right to limit the number of services for which we will match the price. We also reserve the right to limit the timeframe during which the price match is valid.
7. Non-Inclusive Services: Our Price Match Guarantee does not apply to individual services priced separately from a comprehensive lighting installation package.
